لە گەڵ سڵاو ڕێز

بۆ ئاگاداری بەڕیزتان،لە رۆژی  سێ‌ شەممە 18.05.2021 یەكێك لە پەنابەرانی كورد بە ناوی بێهزاد محمودی كە هاوكات لایەنگری سازمانی خەباتی كوردستانی ئێرانە، لە بەردەم نۆێنەرایەتی رێكخراوی نەتەوەیەكگرتوەكان لە شاری هەولێری كوردستانی عێراق ئاگری لە خۆی بەردا و ئێستا لە نەخۆشخانەی ئێمرجنسی لە ژێر چاوەدێری پزشكیدایەو بە پێ‌ زانیاریەكان و قسەی دوكتورەكان ژیانی لە مەترسیدایە.

لە گەڵ دەربڕینی نیگەرانی زۆرم لە خۆسوتاندنی بێهزاد محمودی و هەروەها نیگەرانیم لە هەلومەرجی خراپی  تێكڕای پەنابەرانی سیاسی نیشتەجێ‌ لە هەرێمی كوردستان،بە بەڕیزتان ڕادەگەێنم كە چەند جار لە كۆبونەوە لە گەڵ بەرپرسانی هەریمی كوردستان و بە دیاری كراوی لە كۆبونەوەم لە گەڵ كاك ئەرسەلان باییز سەرۆكی ڕابردوی پارڵمانی كوردستان، بە وردی لە پێوەند بە ژیان و داهاتوی پەنابەران قسەم كردوەو داواكاریم بۆ باشتركردنی ژیانی پەنابەران پێشكەش كردوە.

بە پێویستم زانی بەڕێزتان لە هەلومەرجی خراپی پەنابەرانی ئێرانی نیشتەجێ‌ لە عێراق و هەرێمی كوردستانی عێراق ئاگادار بكەمەوەو داواتان لێ‌ بكەم بە جیددی لە غەم چارەنوس و ژیانی ئەو پەنابەرانەدا بن و بە تایبەتی بەرپرسانی ئیدارەی "یوئێن ئیچ سی ئاڕ" ڕاسپێرن بۆ بە دوادا چوون بۆ كەیسی پەنابەران بە گشتی و كەیسی بێهزاد محمودی.

Dear Mr. António Guterres Secretary General of the United Nations

Warmest Greetings,

On Tuesday, May 18, 2021 Behzad Mahmoudi a Kurdish refugee who is a supporter of the Organization of Iranian Kurdistan Struggle, set himself on fire in front of The United Nations headquarters in Erbil the capital city of the Kurdistan region of Iraq and now he is in the emergency hospital under supervision of the doctors and according to the informations his life is in danger.

I express my great concern about the current situation of Behzad Mahmoudi and also I'm concern about the bad conditions of political refugees living in Kurdistan region, I also inform you that many times in meetings with Kurdistan region's officials and more specifically in my meeting with Mr. Arsalan Bayez, the former president of the Kurdistan region's Parliament, I talked about the life condition and future of refugees and i have presented my demand for improving the lives of refugees.

I thought it was necessary to inform you about the bad conditions of Iranian refugees living in Iraq and the Kurdistan Region of Iraq and to kindly ask you to be seriously in the grief of the fate and life condition of the refugees, and especially demand the officials of the UNHCR administration to follow up on the case of refugees in general and the case of Behzad Mahmudi.
